As you all know that there is CBI inquiry going on regarding alleged scam in SSC CGL 2017.One case is registered regarding scam and improvement is SSC examination processes.Today was hearing for the same case(handled by Advocate Mr. Prashant Bhushan).
Outcome of today’s hearing was that Supreme court has not given stay on the upcoming Tier-III paper of SSC CGL 2017, but at same time said that the results will be subjected to the SC verdict.Which means that indirectly there is stay on results of SSC CGL 2017.
For the matter of fact, CBI has already said that there was a leakage of Tier II Quant paper and also has filled FIR on custodian of papers(a SIFY vendor employee)who is responsible for publishing test paper on every centres before examinations, which in itself tells a lot about alleged scam.
Now lets keep faith in our judiciary system and hope that wrongdoers gets punished and only genuine candidates get one the most coveted job in India.
