Jharkhand SSC 2017 Recruitment Details:

Jharkhand SSC(Staff Selection Commission) has released the recruitment notification yesterday for the  Posts of  Lower Division Clerk, Panchayat Secretary & Stenographer.

Total Vacancy: 2808

  • Lower Division Clerk: 1245 Posts
  • Panchyat Secretary: 1539 Posts
  • Stenographer: 24 Posts

Candidates will be selected based on written exam and typing test.
 What are the posts/Vacancy available under this recruitment project for freshers?
The posts which are available in this recruitment with number of Vacancy project are:-

  • Lower Division Clerk: 1245 Posts
  • Panchyat Secretary: 1539 Posts
  • Stenographer: 24 Posts
  When will be the exam conducted?

  • Hindi Shorthand ➜  80 words per minute
  • English Typing    ➜  40 words per minute

➤➤Final Selection / Merit : 

The merit list will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination and Typing Test. 

 What is the age criteria to apply in this common written exam?
  • Minimum Age: 18 years 
 The crucial date of age-limit will be calculated with reference to 25-01-2016. 
 What is the educational qualification required for various posts in this recruitment process?
A candidate must hold a Intermediate(10+2) Certificate From a Recognised University Or Equivalent.  

 What is the application Fee?
  • Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 460/-
  • Fee Charges for SC/ST candidates who belongs to Jharkhand is Rs.115 
  • Last date for submission of applications:15-06-2017 till 11:59 PM.
 Is there a criterion for negative marking?
There is negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer.
