The court order reads: “In view of the limited prayer made by the applicants, we dispose of this OA at the admission stage itself without issuing notices to the respondents and without going into the merits of the case with a direction to them to consider the case of the applicants in the light of the aforesaid judgment. In case they are found to be covered by the same then they may be extended the same benefits. In any case, the decision shall be taken by the respondents within a within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicated to the applicants be means of reasoned and speaking order. No costs.”
